Data Protection & Client-Side Execution

Privacy Policy & Zero-Transmission Architecture

All shift timestamps, billable patient care minutes, CPT code durations, and weekly point calculations execute 100% locally inside your web browser with zero server transmission.

1. Local Browser Execution Only

Zero Server Collection of Shift or Clinical Billing Inputs

CalculateProductivity.com is engineered as a static, client-side calculation utility maintained by the Workforce Operations, Clinical Billing & Timekeeping Standards Desk. When you enter shift start times, unpaid meal breaks, direct patient care minutes, CPT procedure durations, or Home Health visit counts, every arithmetic operation runs exclusively in your device's browser memory.

We never transmit, log, store, or process your calculation inputs on any remote database or application server. Because no patient identifiers or protected health information (PHI) are ever requested or transmitted, clinicians and rehabilitation operations leads can audit daily productivity quotas and unit brackets with complete workplace privacy.

2. Optional LocalStorage & Shareable URLs

How Saved Shift Presets and URL State Work

When you click Save Weekly Shift Log, your shift minutes are written solely to your browser's local storage container (window.localStorage) on your own device so you can blend Monday-through-Friday productivity targets. You can clear this local browser storage at any time using your browser settings or the calculator reset controls.

When you click Copy Share Link, your current numeric parameters are encoded into the page URL query string inside your address bar so you can bookmark or share a specific shift scenario.

3. Static Edge Delivery & Security

Infrastructure Telemetry & Statutory Notice

Our static pages are served over encrypted HTTPS edge infrastructure. Standard, anonymized network access logs (such as HTTP status codes and user-agent headers required to deliver static HTML and font assets) are handled in accordance with strict data minimization standards and are never linked to calculator inputs.

Notice: This calculation engine models published statutory formulas and regulatory codes for informational and planning purposes only. It does not provide certified legal, medical, veterinary, tax, or engineering advice. For definitive rulings, consult an actively licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
